    Located in the Riverport Sports & Entertainment Complex, the RDS Skate Park covers over 6,000 square meters (20,000 square feet). Features street, bowl, and ramp elements (including the largest indoor vert ramp in Canada), group and private lessons, and a pro shop.

    An outdoor concrete park in North Vancouver's Lynn Valley with both street and vert elements. Kirkstone features two large open bowls, a spine and numerous railings and ledges.

    Metro Skatepark
    One of the newest parks in the Lower Mainland, this outdoor concrete skatepark is already a favourite with locals. Metro is split into three sections: a shallow vert section, a deep vert section and a street section. The centrepiece of the park is the 5.4 m (18 ft) full pipe.

    Located in Coquitlam's Town Centre Park, this outdoor concrete park features numerous quarter pipes, banks, ledges and rails, as well as a six foot spine. The park is lit until 11:00 p.m. nightly.

    Located in Ambleside Park, this concrete outdoor skatepark consists mainly of street elements, including curved ledges, a kinked round rail and a large variety of concrete boxes.

    Parkgate Skatepark
    This outdoor concrete park features two open bowls, two spines, banks, rails and a big hubba ledge, all fitted into a compact space. Located behind Parkgate Mall, the park's lights are on an automatic timer - a horn sounds two minutes before lights out.

    Vancouver Downtown Skateboard Plaza
    Created to look like a downtown office plaza rather than a recreational skateboard park, the Plaza's skateable features are designed after popular downtown skateboard spots. The covered 26,000 square foot site features rails, embankments, curbs, walls, ramps, steps and open spaces along with a variety of textures and surfaces such as exposed aggregate, brick, concrete, granite and steel.

    Confederation Park Skateboard Facility
    Located in Burnaby's Confederation Park, this outdoor concrete and asphalt skatepark features street and vert elements. Well-suited for beginners, this park is less challenging than most skateparks in Greater Vancouver. The two pyramids and the bowl are small, the ledges are relatively low and there are no rails.

    Hastings Skatepark
    Hastings has been described by professional skateboarders as one of the best bowls in the world. The park features three bowls with depth ranging from one to three meters, a snake run, a half pipe, a spine and hips.

    Lonsdale Skatepark
    This fairly new concrete outdoor skatepark is exclusively street-oriented, and is a favourite with locals. A long wave, a 10 set with rail and hubba, and double stacked boxes with gap are just some of the many elements in this large park. Numerous ledges, rails, and stairs are also featured, and the park is lighted. Helmets are mandatory, and bikes are not permitted.
